Lol…I love Sharon! And she has quite the arc in Major Crimes…in The Closer she starts as a “hard to like” character, but even by the end of The Closer she has Brenda’s back, and definitely loosened up around the MC unit…

Yes, it's pretty hard to understand all the subtilities of the story when you can only see some pieces of the new episodes here and there. I am a fan fiction reader and if it's a good way to be "updated" about the main story (Andy beeing wound, his recovery time in Sharon's condo, the wedding of Provenza and Patrice...) it's sometimes tough to be aware of the shift between the characters... :(
