Are you referring to the interview the cast did after the comic con event? Anthony mackie didn’t say there were multiple hulks in cap 4. He was just joking around with Harrison ford and reminded him that red hulk isnt the only hulk.

Yep, logistically makes no sense. A World War Hulk Battleworld? Can't stop laughing. Ask yourselves--does this sound remotely "developed" or like something a basement dweller would think up? Kevin Feige isn't playing around. If I had to guess, yes, there is going to be a platform for Hulks at the end of Captain America... and then we're not gonna see it touched again until after Secret Wars.
