You've given the best update of this stretch on KZbin. I was always curious. I think they are demolishing the building between the 2 pillars...the gate has been demolished already as seen in your video. But still it will take time. Many KZbinrs keep posting 'update' videos, but they shoot the whole video on car. Your ground level updates are the best & actual updates! Keep going💯

Metro has been dealing with this issue since 2017/18. By looking at the progress of the work in this area, completion within a span of at least 2 years seems highly uncertain.

I would ask the Metro authority to do something leagally and quickly for the Kolkata public , the common people . There is law which says transport route made by state or central govt. cannot be blocked by any private obstruction .

Beleghata to Chingrighata & Sector 5 to Nazrul Tirtha: if these 2 sections are completed then the viaduct will be almost continuous from New Garia to CC2 (barring 3-4 very small stretches)

If the Vip Bazaar steel bridge is completed soon and the viaduct on the either sides are completed then it will form a continuous viaduct from New Garia to Beleghata

@@minatimurmu9798 they were saying that construction of the whole bridge will be completed in 90 days, then they extended it by 90 more days. Now it has been almost 5-6 months, still half of it hasn't been completed 🙃

kzbin.infoofWqIqatNw0?si=bQU6INEW7vHMNKsd in this video the bridge is almost complete and one viaduct gap is there between the bridge and the next pillar. I think the bridge and gap will be completed by 2-3 months track laying is done upto few meters from the steel bridge so approx 1-2 months will take to lay the tracks from steel bridge to Beleghata then trials can be started and this stretch can be started by the end of 2024 if all goes according to plan.

Same problem faced by dmrc in construction of pink line. 4 house needed to demolish in trilokpuri delhi and dmrc handled this problem easily and constructed 4 new house for those people in new place

If required this building to. be removed by metro railway with suitable compensation. State govt. should cooperate in this issue.

Girder launching karne mein itna problem nahi hoga jitna, ek pillar erect karne pe hota hai. Beleghata se Chingrighata tak viaduct agar cover ho gaya, then 90% percent problem iss corridor ki solve ho jaayegi.

Pillars to complete stretch me dal gye hai but viaduct laying ke liye block lena hoga EM Bypass ka due to safety reasons and block nahi mil rha police se.

@@Rajiv_aries If you watch the video clearly then you can see the distance between 2 pillars is less and there is no way a curve can be made at that point so demolishing is the only option which I think will happen soon as the building was empty and adjacent building is also getting demolished. Deadline meet nhi hopayega as major work is left.
