Railways doesn't allocate much funds for Kolkata metro.. except the very basic things they won't spend extra on good to haves.. moreover the CRS once said PSD aren't that important

Dada ek chiz maine dekh ye station ke exterior walls par orange rang ki cladding (ye patle patle thing on wall is cladding) is not completed on roof or platform level you can see in video at right corner of thumbnail of this video.

Ye Fob khatam hone se pehle route chalu nahi hoga kya ? Fob se accha underpass hai, safe bhi hai.
