You can feed the cows grass. Mow it and gather with a loader wagon and then dump it in a shed. You can then feed it as needed.

You dont always plough in spreaded muck as the crop can only take the organic properties it has when its in the first few cm of the soil where when you plough it goes to around 10 - 15 cm which is too deep. When you plow, you also bring all the backteria from the deep soil up and the shallow bacteria to the deep soil and in the end the majority of them both die off. Plowing is still good to airiate soil to helt thebwater get to the roots but not every year. Once evry 4 - 6 years is good enough.

Use the liquid manure for the big arable fields and poop for the smaill feilds And the artificial fertiliser for the grass

Have the same spreader hooked up to a 2wd MF 3090 on the west coast. Looks the business. Use it on the cow farm. Short run to the manure pile

Done this for real plenty of times, usually you work from the far side of the field towards the gate to avoid the wheels pulling it out onto the road

Nice video again Daggerwin. There is indeed a glitch with this version of Seasons, if you buy the animals then sell them and buy again their health will start at 80% where it should be.

your next realistic series should be on the Oklahoma v2.1 and start of from scratch. (no extra money, animals, equipment, mods). use case ih & Big bud equpmint most of the time as case ih & big bud are the most commonly used brand in the usa. play on hard mod. for spreading the slurry, the water bowser you have has another tanker for spreading slurry in the slurry section in the shopand it would be really cool if you used that for spreading, cause farmers tend to stick to one brand for machinery

Go around in a circle with in spreading to the right and when ur doing really sharp turns go up and down the field, side to side

Not enough manure for large fields? Rather depends on how much livestock you have I think. Average size of a dairy herd is 400 I believe. Beef herd probably more I'd of thought. As for pigs well.

dbm1184 LAN does work on Farming simulator games, works the same as normal.multiplayer but under connection type you cycle through the the LOAN option.

The health of the animals is a bug with seasons. You can sell all the animals and buy them back to fix it, or get the glance mod to see their actual health.

It’s a nice mod and everything but you need a bigger spreader, that just isn’t big enough for a farm of this size. I think you best bet would be to get one of the standard one in the game that have large capacity’s.

I use a barrel spreader in real life and I start in one corner and go clockwise and go a far as the muck go and then start at the the start corner this might mean u can do a full circuit around the feild if it a small one or you may do an L shape in the field just depends on feild size hope this helps

You really need to update the map, there are ways which you can carry over most of your save game... using this old version doesn’t give the map justice it deserves as you don’t have lime, compost, oats, spelt, millet or the other one
