Won't those two developments--especially Granary with its 1,350 homes--further stress infrastructure and services in Milton?

Sure will. They have levied a special tax district on one to generate funds for infrastructure improvements

Is there anywhere close to the beaches where you can get a home on more than a measly 1/4 acre? Doesn’t have to be new construction. In fact it’s better if it’s not new.

Depends on the budget & your definition of close. Can find something under 650k with over a 1/4 acre within 20-25 mins of the beaches

They have not gotten to the point of releasing those yet. I would likely anticipate pricing starting in the high 400s/low 500s. Will know more once they release which builders they are having in the communities

Just went back and rewatched to figure out my errors - I did indeed misspeak, it’s off Harbeson Rd not Hudson. My apologies for the confusion.
