Tower hill vs welches pond which one do you think have more potential for appreciation?

Appreciation potential would be the same for both I think. Both communities offer up some great selling points for buyers. Tower Hill is close to the trails and downtown Lewes. Welches Pond has larger more private lots and a little west outside of the action a bit more but still close to everything.

NJ is planning to reduce senior citizens property tax by 50% by 2024. This may reduce some demand for new construction in De. But it’s not yet finalized.

Thank you and that's good to know NJ is providing tax relief for senior citizens!I . Most people that I've helped relocate or purchase a second home in Coastal Delaware was for the lifestyle I've been told. Taxes were the cherry on top. Also, being in a location only 2-3 hours from most surrounding metro areas to see family was a big thing too.

2 or 3 hour travel time is a bit far, but agree the beachy lifestyle is nice there, but if you are retiring it really is about health care too. @@RichPrice_livebyoc

I think it’s low property taxes driving the market. But at some point why bother saving 12j-15k a year in taxes when developers are marking things up.
