In regards to Alex's age: Firstly, I feel like so many people forget that most people stop growing and reach physical maturity around 15 or 16 years old. Like seriously, all throughout junior and senior year, a lot of us looked like adults because biologically, we already were. Secondly, Alex's actor was actually only 19 at the time of filming; only 1 year older than his character since Alex is likely around 18 and in his senior year.

Kacee is the only reactor i’ve seen who caught the part where Payne put Stone behind him while dealing with the stepfather. Marines fight for those who can’t fight for theirselves. When he slipped the punch he even did that in a way that kept him in between them.
