Quick tip with the noco boosters. If the battery is completely dead then connect the + clamp switch the booster on and then press and hold the red button about 5sec. Then the lights on the booster start flashing and then connect the - clamp.

Even though I don't own or work on an Exotic car watching the build series that you're putting out is very interesting. The knowledge of Mike is valuable to me. It gives me tips on certain things I'm working on my own project car, it's a 1969 Mustang with a 445 CI FE engine (514 HP). Even though I'm not putting a cage in my car, watching the techniques and seeing the tools used to do it is fascinating. I saw the driver side header on your VERO, which I only learned about here and immediately loaded on my phone, and the welding that has gone into producing it. I can relate to the amount of time put into fabricating something like that. Good job. Tim's driving skills are first rate! I laughed my "A" off seeing him "attempt" to pull his kit car out. You need to have a limited T-shirt made that's for the Tim School of Driver's Education with a photo of him and his car nosed into the side of the garage opening. That was just a classic few minutes of DDE video to see. Seeing how he and everyone else goes through that car, sorting out what's wrong with it (from what I've seen, a lot) and then doing it properly, so it's reliable and safe will be pretty cool to watch. Even though a lot of us out here who subscribe, and watch don't own an Exotic, I'd bet we're all car people. So, seeing the content DDE puts out consistently is something I like to watch. It's one of my favorites must watch channels on KZbin.

The NOCO booters have a manual override if the battery your trying to jump is below 2 volts. Press and hold the "!" for 3 seconds and the booster will turn on and bypass all safety features. So stop saying all new boosters are useless, just because you don't know how to operate them.

Doubt this will be seen by DDE… but. You should not be using silicone sealer on those tight tolerance engines. Anaerobic Sealant is what you need to use. It works on flange surfaces up to .010 deviations and will cure under applied pressure. Like loctite on threads . Little bits that find there way into the engine dissolve in the oil because they never saw the clamping pressure between the parts and will completely dissolve and not clog passages.
