There's a dude called KAYLEX 3 who did speculate about this in a video about a two weeks ago called "This Theory Reveals a Mystery Villain We Never Saw Coming!" (purposefuly not linking it since KZbin tends to hide comments with links) and in the comments, someone called BenjiVerdu said that when Vic gets Bliss into his system in the club it had the opposite effect on him, it unleashed fear in him, not euphoria, and reacted like it was the fear toxin, someone called creampuff9330 responded to that by saying that it was triggered by a flashing light, the same way Julian uses the red flashing light for his therapy, so if you ask me, it's basically confirmed that Dr. Julian Rush is somehow connected to Scarecrow, whether he is Scarecrow or he knew him and is now using his methods

I saw how this news was going around and supposedly this man was gonna be named Jonathan crane which makes sense considering his tactics to get answers out of people. Like seeing that glove and mask is very signature to scarecrow. Yeah, they could easily make freeze work in the batman universe. Just give him a gun that uses liquid nitrogen and have him make a suit that protects himself from the cold and it could work. If they did do Freeze, they need to keep his tragic origin involving his wife Nora.

I would be down with scarecrow. Scarecrow could make an appearance in batman 2 but isn't a major villain until batman 3 with the main villain joker. batman 2 has the penguin as a major villain, but Mr. Freeze is the main villain.

The batman 3: The Joker is the main villain. Scarecrow is a major villain in it, too. Robin/dick Grayson is teased in a post credit scene The batman 4: has poison ivey as the main villain. Bane would be a major villain in it, too. Batgirl is teased in the post credit scene. The batman 5: Joker & Harley quinn is the main villain. Killer Croc is a major villain in it as well. The batman 6: has the court of owls as the main villain. It also has clayface as a major villain too. This one would have batman, Batgirl, and robin all in it.

(This is unrelated to Scarecrow) I feel another reason Oz killed Vic is through resentment, the earlier instances of francis mistaking Vic as one of her sons with her condition, everytime that occurred Oz would look at him a certain way, when Vic said they were family Oz i guess found that as another excuse to kill him, with darker inplications as if killing his brother all over again rather than just being leverage for someone else, further showing that his brewing jealousy is still there from his childhood Even darker thought is maybe he really wanted to kill Vic for the longest but just couldnt find meaning for it, even his mother stated when he revealed Alberto's death to her "You killed that piece of shit cause you wanted to" which all of this makes sense from childhood till now, perhaps when everything was over Oz was gonna kill him regardless of what Vic said.
