I mean, don’t get me wrong, I have been dying to see Tom Holland’s, Spider-Man, and Tom Hardy’s, VENOM, to be together on the big screen. But, they should have done way back, when Spider-Man: No Way Home, came out, and at the end of the post credit scenes. But, then again, it still wouldn’t have made any sense too. If you’re gonna, do a Spider-Man vs VENOM , and a team up movie with Spider-Man, and VENOM, do it the right way.

At least with the third Venom movie taking place after NWH and him coming back to the MCU, Venom can be better prepared to see a Spider-Man variant and hopefully the writing can give a reason for Tom Hardey and Tom Holland to fight with each other.

This Spider-Man 4 speculation is feeling very much like the rumors and speculation around Avengers 5 per comic con. There were so many conflicting reports about what the film was going to about. Some say that it would be a multiversal Avengers vs X-Men, WWH, that Kang was still going to be in the considering and a whole bunch of other stuff. Before it was revealed at SDCC to be none of those things and was instead RDJ as Doctor Doom. So I wouldn't take anything you see here as confirmation. Not it shows up in one of the major trades.

I assumed they'd cross Venom over with Spider-Man with this next installment while it still made sense to do so. Being that it's the Multiverse Saga, and all. They'd might as well capitalize on the opportunity while it's still narratively viable. Especially considering the history between Secret Wars, and the Black Suit. It'd also be a smart move for Marvel, as It'd require much less last-minute exposition with regard to the symbiote since Tom Hardy's Venom is already a well-established character/ franchise of it's own. Then, with the fifth installment post-Secret Wars-- we get a more "street level", personal story with Tom Holland's Spider-Man coming to terms with everything that's happened, and changed following Dr. Doom's shenanigans, while also potentially teeing up a collaboration between He, and Miles Morales for the succeeding title. Lastly, the third film in Tom Holland's second trilogy & sixth film overall will center around the Sinister Six, with one such member possibly being the long-awaited return of Mac Gargan finally donning his Scorpion Suit. With Peter Parker either taking them on alone, or teaming up with Miles Morales in the event that he actually makes an appearance in these next few titles. This seems to be where Sony & Marvel are headed. But then again, they don't always venture down the path that makes the most sense. But I believe we'll be satisfied, and surprised with whatever route they decide to take next.

I don't think that Tom Hardy's Venom will be in Spider-man 4 especially given that Secret Wars is the film. That will apparently be the debut of Tom Holland's Peter getting the black symbiote. Plus last I heard from leaks was that Spider-man 4 has been delayed again and based on Sony's contract for the Spider-man film rights. Sony has to make a Spider-man film within five years otherwise they will lose the right having them go back to Marvel. No Way Home was filmed in 2020 if Marvel Studios holds out until 2026 to start working on Spider-man 4 then they will automatically get the rights to the live-action Spider-man in the future.

I was disappointed that the Spider-Man/Daredevil movie idea didn't work out (it's rumored to be after Avengers Secret Wars maybe, I wish they would have had it before a Spider-Man movie set between Avengers Doomsday and Secret Wars); the only thing that makes me think that Spider-Man facing Knull could work is that it seems to be turning Spider-Man getting the black suit into its own movie. Okay could be a dumb comment, but if Beyond the Spiderverse comes out before secret wars begins filming or finishing pre production, is there any possibility the end credit scene of beyond the spiderverse could see us seeing miles enter the mcu for secret wars and revealing the live action actor playing miles in the MCU, or would they rather just save miles to be introduced properly in the possible new rebooted mcu after secret wars? I feel like they wouldn't since Kevin Feige is focusing more on mutants and the X Men in the new saga after secret wars and idk if they'd also wanna introduce miles during that cause it may be new character fatigue, like with what happened with alot of the new characters introduced in Phase 4 of Marvel

Tom hardy is amazing as venom. He just needs a good script. Also you may want a street level story but it doesn't make sense since we are in the multiverse saga and spiderman 4 is between doomsday and secret wars. If you get disappointed it's on you
