Major stalling issue in my new Scram 411 | Big problem | Wiring Short circuit |

Hi viewers after a really long time, so my bike got a major stalling issue and for the whole story please watch the whole video carefully and if you have any sorts of question, feel free to ask in comments down below, special thanks to Sri Radhe Govinda service centre for carrying it all out smoothly. hardly recommend this service centre. For how many months/weeks did you face the stalling issue? and it took a couple of visits to the service centre or it was easy to repair???

The wiring harness was replaced, it took about a week for the replacement because they had to order the part. After that no such issue faced

1 week it depends upon the part availability, if the part is available then Itd take About 2 days if not then they place an order and it takes almost a week

I had stalling issue in traffic where the RPM idles low and low and turns off under full clutch. This was there since the beginning. Every service I would complain and they kept saying after 500kms itll be fine, after 1000kms it'll be fine. Finally I gave up and lived with it. I was about 9700kms in, when I decided to go on long tour (3k kms), and did a checkup before and then luckily the same technician who always did my service (because he was the main 411 engine expert) told me that there is a defect in the throttle body and said its an issue with 1 in 300 scrams. But he told me not to worry as its mostly affected in low speed traffic scenarios and throttle body was not in stock and they have ordered it for me. Went on the trip, saw a checkECU error on the odometer, took it into a service centre in Andhra and they did the ECU check and said no error is logged and just bring it in to service centre if the check engine light comes on. Drove another 300kms and the check light finally came on. It was a sunday so couldnt do anything. Drove to my destination and the service centre there confirmed that 02 sensor was the issue and it goes away when they clear the error, so cant change part in guarantee and told me error has to be persistent to be changed under warranty. But to their credit they did try and recreate the issue by riding it hard and revving and all. Finally decided to get it washed and leave. Got it washed, started the bike and boom, same error. Finally asked them to change it and got the same issue not persistent crap reply. Drove back to my city with the check engine light on and off in between, and took it to the service centre in my city. Luckily they did it in warranty and now no more stalling issues in traffic. Moral of the story: Have photos and videos as enough proof and politely fight the service centre guys for what you need to be done. And always take extended warranty with RE.

Shameless people, really... My Scram had wobble issue (Front Tyre). Gear is very hard, whether it is upshift or downshift, it doesn't shift smoothly. Because of that, engine gets overheated. All this problem started from 15th day of getting the bike delivered. Till now, even after me telling to have stuff replaced, they are not ready to do it.

I had the same problem last Friday after a year of ownership. They also told me a wire had been broken, so now they are charging me 6000 for all wiring to be replaced.

Same issue bro kept the bike in service center for almost 1 week they have changed rr unit, changed the battery, changed all the relays, now the issue is if i don't start the bike for 1-2 days its making problem to take self start. Really i am fed up with this bike😢

Bro this is not the end of story I have owned scram 411 for 7 months in that I faced issue of ECU , wire harness abs sensors and the last was piston bend and head replacement 3 months in showroom out of 7 months
