I listened to I Will Always Love You first, and thought that same thing! So many of Muse's songs are in a minor key with electronic orchestration. The tone of his voice is very similar, too, so even though the songs are completely different, they have a parallel feel to them.

My chorus director told us that most people tend to gravitate towards songs in major keys rather than minor and we did a test....and I was the only one in my entire class who preferred minor over minor.
