मकाई की बिलकुल नयी रेसिपी और साथ में एक डीप, बारिश में तो मजा आजायेगा | Corn Fritters with Curd Dip

This is a very healthy and unique recipe. its also a gluten free dish. Try this Sweet Corn Fritters while its raining and you
will love it. This fritters goes best with curd mayo dip. I used sorghum flour in this recipe but you can use any gluten free
flour in this dish. I added gram flour to give good binding, its very important otherwise fritters will not hold its shape while
frying.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sweet Corn
1 tsp Chilly Flakes
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Oregano
2 Green Chillies
2-3 tbsp Spring Onion
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1/4 Cup Sorghum Flour
2 tbsp Curd
1/2 Cheese Cube
1/2 Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Gram Flour
Salt to Taste
Water as Required
2 tbsp Oil
To make Dip:
1/4 Cup Curd
1/2 Cheese Cube
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2-3 Drops Lemon Juice
