Not sure about this dad. Feel like he pressured Mukund into handling all monetary responsibilities at home including marriage of his sisters. The dad never had pension. Even in the movie it is implied it is the army or bpo. We can wax eloquent about his sacrifice but ultimately Mukund lost his life, a daughter lost her dad and loving wife lost her husband. Why do Indian parents expect the son to shoulder everything at the cost of life too?

He did BCom in 'Kanchi Mutt's' Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Vishwa Vidyalaya (SCSVMW), while his Diploma in MCC is elaborated.. Many instances preceeds like Deccan GR.Gopinath 'lyengar' became Maaran in 'Soorarai Potru' in the Secular Media.. which will not do justice to a true Biopic. What I can’t understand is why major Mukund had to go inside the house with a AK 47? Understood that he couldn’t lob a grenade or use a machine gun because of neighbours and like a great army man he cared about civilian life!
