Hi, unfortunately I do not have one now. But you can get the lime at a pharmacy - just tell them what you want to use it for. I bought mine at Dischem. let me know how it went.

That is a very good question! I go with gut feeling and looks. I usually see that it is not overripe or too green. And I ask the sellers for advice. Unfortunately that is not a very good scientific response. I honestly do not know how to give you a very good answer. Best.

You add more sugar. The more suger, the thicker. Less sugar, thinner.
