I got a shower cap for in case I didn’t wanna wash my hair. And when it comes to getting a kurig I got a single reusable k-cup to save money on pods. Also for apartment, I asked my roommates if someone was getting the trash bin, shower curtain, or shower rug since those didn’t come with the apartment.

thankfully I am staying local this year, taking classes at a local community college for one year and then transferring next year. I get to stay home and have my closet and my bed and plus we save money on dorms and dining etc. but I will use this advice for sophomore year when I transfer schools!!

I would look recommend looking into the dorm types where you are going to college. As not all college campuses will have dorms that have communal bathrooms.

I was actually going to go straight to a 4 year college after high school, but I actually looked at myself and thought and that I wasn't ready. I had been dreaming of this college for the longest time but because my parents believe I'm not ready, I'm going to a community college for 1.5 years before transferring, while I'm bummed out.
