Influencers, short films, photo shoots. As long as you make sure you check the type of people/project happening in the space it’s pretty steady and easy to host. There’s always those people who won’t treat your space well, but these are minority.

Knew about peerspace a year or so ago. Great concept, the downside is the market not being as big. Also the longevity of the local creatives, theres a limited number of potential clients and it only gets smaller the more you book. And of course this would serve only urban locations/cities, for the most part. At the minimum you can make 100-200 day, same as airbnb with less headace and no sleepovers. Im going to try it tho, im in Dtown ATL, great place for it. Thanks sean
