What is the amount to be put inside the contract since the owner's emotions can come in the way and he can ask for more from what the actual value is. 3. How do we make the profit between the real estate agent and the owner. Also, how much do we quote the price for us? Like how do we decide how much we will make on each house?

@@jasdhillon1189 one doubt if we do a part time job of 20 hours , but we do this like working hours to find those properties and all being self employed we can work right legally and make those bucks as we will be kind of working more then the normal part time hours as an international student while doing Wholesaling ? I just had this doubt that there's no issues with the time you do ur side hustle !!
