It says "locksmith running the line is leaving the store". That sounds like the 1-800 locksmith lines that send anyone to a call with a drill, junk lock and a huge bill after quoting them low. Just my opinion after finding the ad online. #Lockboss

I originally saw this listing a while back. I had a lot of red flags. Many of which you and the # Lockfather brought up- nice to see this #Lockboss is thinking some of what you are talking about. Not moving to Florida, yet but if I was I’d consider it- maybe.

This is a company selling locksmith businesses. The customers are the people buying the vans. They're selling vans, some training, and the dream of making 120k a year. I could put a locksmith startup in a box and run it from the back of any vehicle for under 5k.

I’d like to say OK and that all sounds good but if someone has the wherewithal to start a Locksmith company, he can pretty much put that money into tooling, new tooling and wing it and that’s probably what they’ll do hurt a bunch of clients along the way but they’ll get establishedbecause nobody’s shelling out that kind of dough unless it’s a great, franchise like flying Locksmiths just my thoughts what do I know?🎉

It would be a dead loss. We all know that this is just a talking point. No one would shell out that kind of harder earned Cash anyway if they got any brains, they go start their own business. It’s easy to do in Florida. There’s no licensing necessary anybody can be a locksmith.

Sounds like selling a van and who knows what tools until you find out more. To me, subcontractor means someone else is getting a cut to toss you some work and you are not actually buying a business. #Lockboss

If it's sounds too good to be true it probably is... the van and equipment are worthless in the market if you don't control the phone calls. Palm Beach and Broward are pretty expensive cost of living. 120k seems low because you have costs no matter what. Just opinions #Lockboss Great content today.

Could have a pinning kit, a couple followers, a Foley-Belsaw duplicator, and a promis of a lot of work. Does that 120k make you a participant in $750 lockouts that take 45 sec with and airbag & long reach? You can ditch the contractor and be stuck with 45k fair market value and a large moving expense

Gonna have to work very hard to make 120K out of a NV200. Those are smaller than a Grand Caravan. Would need to see a full list of tools and equipment and keys and locks. #lockboss

It’s a good area in South FL, but definitely some questions about where business comes from. Good call PJ on the 3rd party. It almost sounds like a “locksmith” that shows up around here that doesn’t know how to cut his own keys, but he loves him some 3rd party work that doesn’t ask too many questions, because they don’t know any better. #lockboss
