I stumbled into your video, and I really enjoyed it. You pointed out some of my BIG weaknesses which I need to pay a lot of attention to, in 2025. The main struggles for me to overcome are: 1) Overthinking {this has resulted in decision fatigue in my finances as well} 2) Lack of automated systems for important tasks / events {I have been very inconsistent in executing some of the important repetitious tasks and attending networking sessions because I was sometimes lazy and unmotivated. This has resulted in me carelessly losing out on some obviously easy sales and income opportunities}

These two points are soo important! Overthinking does nothing but cripple us. On the second point, we can't exactly rely on motivation and that's why systems are so useful. I'm rooting for you. Great video!! I have a health (habit) tracker in my planner that I use as data to see how it relates to my mood and body pain. So it's more of a way to stay present with how I'm doing, but it does motivate me to make changes if I see I haven't done something in a few days that could positively benefit my mental and physical health. I tweak it depending on what I need each month (I've been doing it since summer 24)
