It's like that one meme "When you are in a one synth challenge but your opponent is Thought-Forms with the Korg Triton" 😂 Very nice as usual. Also at 5:37 for the Vibes EP it is important to turn down the MIDI Velocity a little exactly like you did, I tried to follow your tutorial by drawing in some notes with my mouse (with 100% velocity by default) but it sounded too harsh at first!
@Thought-Forms3 ай бұрын
LOL - that sounds like a fun challenge...hmmm. 100% on the velocity, forgot to call that out! Any EP in the triton (and any rompler!) you're going to want to go somewhere around 50% velocity or less to retain a more soft, delicate sound. Same with a lot of pads too. It's pretty easy to miss if you're drawing in notes opposed to playing them in. Velocity is SO important! Vibes, drums, anything

The answer always lays right in front of you! In Bitwig? Yea dude, the track markers are incredibly useful - can also append session notes to them in the inspector panel. A nice QOL feature that doesn't get enough love!

Making a 90s RnB track... using a 2000s era synthesizer.
@c02c023 ай бұрын
the sounds for the Triton were developed in the 1990s and regardless of when the keyboard appeared on the market it still sounds like it's from the 1990s. come on.
@FoxerTails3 ай бұрын
@@c02c02 The sounds may give off the 90s vibe... but it's technically not gear accurate to a 90s tune. Therefore, it'd be more of a 2000s RnB track. Doesn't make the track or video bad in any way. Just saying it's not gear era appropriate. If he did it on his Korg 01R/W, then it would be accurate.
