I made one last year for my sister-in- law she loved it. I am not a knitter but this was simple and easy to follow and a good way to give a gift that was handmade. It was a very cozy blanket. Love your DIY’s keep them coming. I will make a couple for myself this winter, ❤ from Newfoundland 😊

How big is the blanket
@TracieGrady23 күн бұрын
@@salmamostafa3536she said in the beginning it's about 4x6 ft. I'm guessing it so depends on how tight/loose you make the stitches and how munch yarn you use. She mentioned needing 8 of the Amazon yarn and only 6 of the Michael's yarn, so the skenes are different sizes.

I love the color. I am partial to most any shade of green. i especially like the sage green you've used. One thing I've learned along the way is to put a knot at the end of your yarn before you are begging your chain. It keeps it from unraveling if you ever plan to wash your blanket. I've made all sorts of finger knitted items, from purses to hats & scarfs to blankets. Great job!
@thediymommy3 ай бұрын
Thank you! I haven't noticed any unraveling when washing mine, but I'll keep this tip in mind.

I love this blanket. I will have to set some time aside to make one. I'm a full time caregiver to my husband. But this is actually easier than crocheting. Love how soft and beautiful your blankets came out 🤗💓💕💞

It's very nice, looks so soft. Love the color, it's my favorite color. Looks easy enough, I'm just not a crafter and wouldn't spend that much for a throw.

I've lost most of my fine motor movement on one of my hands and had to stop crocheting. Sadly, I was in the middle of a blanket for my baby sister, so now I can redo it in knitting. Im so excited its her birthday in a month so lets hope it looks good by then

Hello! I just have a quick question, that I hope you can help me with. Does the 4x6 size make for a nice size adult blanket? Is that the size of your brown and white blanket? Thank you 😊!

Don't you have to tie off the loose ends within the banket? I would think it would unravel? Thanks
