Ive used this ruler twice before with the 10” squares. I started by folding the square in half and pushing the ruler up close to the pinked edge, then cutting the two at once. That method easily left enough for the third diamond.

I've been trying to cut my diamonds on my 10" squares and can not get 3 diamonds. what am i doing wrong?

If you're using the Creative Grids Mini 60 Degree Diamond Ruler, you should be able to line your ruler up like Jen does at timestamp 4:08. After she cuts that diamond, she demonstrates how to cut the other 2. Hope this helps :) -Michelle

I'm new to quilting and I've always been told pre-shrink your fabric. Why would you not want to pre-wash?

It is up to you. We don’t. When fabric comes in a kit, it could shrink if you wash it and why we add in extra fabric in case of that happening. Thank you for your comment and hope this helps! - Abby

I know this might be a HUGE thing to ask of y'all, but would you guys maybe, possibly consider doing a BOM/sew along with Thimble Blossoms' Adore quilt when Camille's new fabric is released? I don't know how difficult something like that is to put together, but I'd so love to do that with y'all!

I was given several 8" squares. Will the 60 degree ruler work on that size of square?

Hi Kathy - With the Creative Grids 60° Mini Diamond Ruler, you'd only be able to get 1 diamond of out of an 8" square. Hope this helps! -Michelle
