The only way to make sanding bearable is to have the right tool to do it. Still need a drum sander though.

I made my own --45 yrs ago --with a slot and screw ---in the blade centre ----hence it was adjustable ---improvised yes --but I used it on heavy game hides - and table legs ----I live in Africa ! we adapt !

That Steel blade you set in the recess in the wood ---is it BEVEL( sharp edge )---UP ? --or DOWN ?

@@CarlWinter-oy8uf useless implies it can’t do anything. It did exactly what I intended it to do. It’s not a perfect tool but it’s not useless. Making negative comments on internet video is useless.
