Yay, now I know what to do with all the pinwheels I made for another project. The triangle ruller squaring-method you shared is priceless: trimming just the one side AND BEFORE YOU PRESS! ... Great Scot, What a time saver, and fabric saver, CHAIN PIECING is so cool! Thanks Jennie.😊☝❤

As always thanks for this fabulous video. I've been looking for a pattern with short and tall pinwheels for at least three years and was thrilled to find not only the FREE pattern but also a free VIDEO! Can't wait to start making this. My mother-in-law made a quilt like this over 70 years ago. Since my husband's family was mennonite, she made it all by hand including the quilting. I so regret that I didn't meet her before she passed on to Heaven. I know she would taught me so much. We cherish our quilt of course and our daughter-in-law has expressed that she'd love to have one like it. I now feel A LOT more confortable making with thes wonderful gifts from MSQC! Thanks to your whole team for doing more and more awesome free videos and patterns for us. God bless each of you.

Sewing a 1/4 around, cutting, then piecing makes quick pinwheels. Agree, the fabric is soft and sweet. The quilt looks like pinwheel confetti. Thanks Jenny!

Simply amazing. I have a monochrome quilt planned with two printed fabrics and one solid. This is going to work really well. Your tutorials are wonderful and you have a way of making things seem manageable. What a teacher/demonstrator.

Wonderful job Jenny. I understand your confusion when I was younger I sewed my legs together on a jumpsuit. It took me a while to realize what I’d done after I unpicked it twice.
@grandmalovesmebest3 жыл бұрын
😂😂😂. I sewed top side of long jumpsuit to bottom side of leg (too much fabric!) on my first garment. Learned i had zero ability for mental manipulation when i took up quilting. So i count: print to solid/pink one, yellow one/red plaid up, red plaid down. Im not a great quilter but i know that it's done when i run out of breath!😤

I'm thrilled that you made a new pinwheel tutorial. This is really nice. I used your first pinwheel tutorial last fall to make my first pinwheel quilt. My niece just loves pinwheels and I was so scared because I only saw you make the pinwheels and there wasn't an example of a quilt! It turned out beautifully (because I watched that tutorial and said the mantra over and over again)! I even wrote your company and received a lovely reply that there was only one pinwheel tutorial. So, thank you Jenny. I appreciate your time. You've taught me so much!

Then you should put your quilts in the houston festival. One lady there won top award. Said she did that too. She spent 8 hrs every day for nearly one year making the quilt. Sometimes "Finished ISN'T better than perfect"!😀

Oh Jenny! My list of do's is getting too long! And, my son's garden is producing oodles of fresh veggies that need to be preserved! Oh my! But don't stop making the tutorials because I learn new things all the time. I was told the Farmer's Almanac is predicting a winter with lots of snow; I'll be prepared! P.S. Because of my math background I look at quilts and quilt patterns seeing potential easier ways to handle the process!
