Why do you (and it isn't just you), circulate back to the sump? You are kind of in a circular loop. Wouldn't it be "wiser" to pump to the manifold, through the reactor, and then into the tank?

Where did you get those brackets to hang your manifold?

That ball valve you showed is not "A quality" valve. Try like Ryan Herco True Union ball valves or Cephex they are not cheap but i've had mine 15 years running 2000GPH pressure pump (39ft head) zero issues with them getting tight and I've never cleaned them all work like new do not leak. I did have that ball valve you showed and it was terrible even brand new very sticky and no ability to take it apart. Also careful using those pliable silicon lines on a strange return pump. Know more that one person had them develop a balloon spot then burst flooding the house. PVC safest but you can use stronger vinyl tubes too. I like your manifold and the reactors. I use to run one for a venturi skimmer then changed to separate pumps for skimmer and pellet reactors. Thinking of going back to the manifold since I have a large AC return pump that I valve back some.
