Make a Separator Cocktail

Let's make a Separator Cocktail. It's a root drink for The White Russian, the Mudslide, and the Espresso Martini.
Recipe:
2 ounces (60 ml) sweet brandy
1 ounce (30 ml) Coffee Liqueur
Lightly whipped cream
Combine the brandy and coffee liqueur in a stirring vessel, add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Lightly whip some cream so it is only half whipped. Strain the alcohol into ice filled old fashioned glasses and lay the cream on top. Cheers!
