No, I love YOU man! Way to take the discomfort out of making something out of wood, for those of us still learning those skills! I really appreciate your style and I'm going to make myself and my man one of these handy gadgets. I'm one of the ones who likes their wrists positioned in a particular way, to motivate me to take care of my gorgeous body in the hindu style.

thank you for this. and thank you for adding "Shena-like board". not claiming this is original.

The original is probably long forgotten :-) everything is a replica, transmitted from generation to generation. You can really find lots of variety in designs and dimensions. Best not to stress about it, and go with what feels right for you. Is not the design that confers power, it's actually doing the push ups!!

I got 16" for the combined length of the footers. The footers are 2 pieces each? How long should the "top" of the pyramid me and how long should the base be?
@HeroicSport4 жыл бұрын
This is a make shift shena board, so the base of the feet has to be long enough to provide some stability without being overly long. Close enough is good enough. The most important aspect is that the length of the board respects your shoulder width for hand placement.
