5'x5' or 4'x8' sheet of 1/2 inch (12mm) plywood
4' x 4' back panel material

Such a great video, also how do we make wood smooth when we cut ? I made a cut and the wood became sharp, can i fill it with any paste

I smoothed the cut ends with some sandpaper and you could fill any voids with wood putty on the edges. I recommend filling with the putty while edge is still square then sanding that smooth and rounding over after the putty has dried.

Sorry your having issues. You will have to add screws or Brad nails to help it together until the glue sets up.

great build but you have the sizes wrong as in your plans you have 2x 1100 when it should be1x 1100 then 1x 1082 or you will have a side that slopes 18 ml out as orcording to your build
