Also, on schematics, there is a conection from bias oscillator to recording amplifier. Why is it so? Shouldnt the bias benfonnected justo to erasing head?

The blue coloured small cylinder like component is an inductor with a value of 27uH

B-H Curve of magnetisation and demagnetisation of magnetic tape is not linear at some regions of the curve. For distortion less recording it is necessary that recording characteristics should be in linear region of B-H diagram. Hence we apply AC or DC Bias to recording head, so the recording curve will be in linear region of B-H curve and during playback of recorded audio we are capable of reproducing high quality of audio signal. Frequency of AC bias is always kept higher than audible frequency range.
