So glad to see you back, Barb! I just kept replaying the tape you programmed into my head that you want to enjoy KZbin, not be a slave to it, and ever dread it! So, I jus5 to myself, she and the old farmer are doing well, just doing whatever you need or prefer to do, but please know, we have missed y’all! Come see us in Fort Worth!

Hey Lady! Good to see your smiling face. We’re co-caretakers of a closed campground, so we are safe and enjoying ourselves in the outdoors at the same time. Oh by the way we have an addiction and it’s all your fault..... cinnamon pickles....😋😂 sad thing is none have been as good as the ones you brought to Lolapalooza! Take care!

😂😂. Thanks. I think there might be a couple jars left. Hoping we can go to Lolapalooza next fall

Very relieved to see you! I have been very concerned about you and the old farmer and am happy to hear that you have simply been very busy! I hope that they don’t call you back in to work because I know you would go! Stay safe out there on the farm! 😘❤️❤️

Jean Roberto things are quiet here, so far. But we know that will change. And yes, I’d gladly go help if & when needed I might be a little rusty, but the important things don’t change ❤️

Hi Clint. I was wondering about you & your family. Hope you’re staying safe. It’s pretty quiet where I live, hasn’t hit us yet. The folks around here are doing a good job of staying home

Things are a bit scary here as my daughter I told you is a hospital RN and her neuro unit is now all positive covid patients and at 22 years old she seems to do ok but can tell she’s trying to not let on how she feels. In the county where I live (suburban) there are currently 5598 confirmed cases and 276 deaths. You can look at the weather channel and bottom right of the page says covid 19 and you can look up anywhere you want and see the statistics. Nice to know you’re safe and it’s much calmer there. I got an 8 week old golden retriever puppy on 3/19 so it’s keeping me busy and focused on something happy. I’m hoping anyone following your channel and their families are healthy and safe too. We’re all in this together.

Hi Barb, so glad to see a video from you & thankful you are doing okay! Hope your surgery you had on your hand heals quickly. You are an ideal prepper without even trying LOL, I know it's a lot of work but so worth it. It's a shame most younger people don't have a clue on how to survive if they can't find food on the store shelves. God Bless you and your family! Be safe!

mags hi. Thanks. I just had some skin cancers removed. I’m glad to hear of more people planting gardens this year. A perfect family activity

I have been taking care of my grandkids since their school has been closed, as I have said before my son & his family live with me. We have been planting in five gallon buckets cause the soil here is horrific. I have owned this house since 1991 & have tried everything to improve it, to no avail. I bought the plants or seeds & the grandkids planted them, they have had a ball. I even showed them how to start onions, celery, garlic, & potatoes from what we purchased from the grocery store. It is their job to take of all of it & they are amazed how well it is all growing. Such a joy seeing the excitement in their little eyes! God Bless you & your family!

I've been thinking about you and thought with all the dehydrating, canning, and freezing you do you're not needing to shop at empty stores. This looks delicious. Glad you're doing well and thanks for posting.

Oh Barb, i'm so glad to see you. Thank you for sharing your way of making bone broth bullion. I'm sure it keeps longer and it's tastier! I wish things were back to normal, but in the meantime having patience while waiting on God's loving merciful grace and joining everyone in prayer for our whole nation to heal completely in Jesus name, amen❣️

Dear Sweet Barb, I was so delighted when i discovered you had a video out this evening! I really was very worried. I was ill for for 4-5 months so was not on youtube to watch or comment so I never got a chance to say Happy Thanksgiving, or Merry Christmas or say anything to anyone. I am sure no one missed me, but I sure missed all of you. When I was a able to watch again, I realized your husband had been ill. God is so good that he pulled him through, but then, no new videos since, so I was very worried about you and the Old Farmer. All I could do is pray and wait and hope someone would say somethin about how you were. So, this video tonight made my heart smile. Seeing you looking so lovely, and knowing you have just been busy. I do not exaggerate that you make me want to cook and I have even tried some of your recipes. Yum... I am always fascinated watching you can, and dehydrate veggies, spices and all. If I were much younger I would beg you to teach me all you know. Lol! I had no idea how you make bouillon. See, you taught me something else. May God Bless you and your family. Hugs....

So glad to see you, I’ve been concerned! I have been dehydrating like crazy and then vacuum sealing. So easy to take in motorhome(and weighs less). Prayers for your families health during this frightening time! Also, I have been contacted about coming out of retirement if the need for RN’s rises in our area. Have you thought about going back to work if needed?

I agree about traveling with dehydrated foods. Makes meals so easy too I’ll go back if they ask. Things are quiet here.....for now 😊

Hey Girl! Good to see ya! Thanks for showing how you make your beef bone broth, I have 2 quart jars of broth from when I slow cooked a big beef roast a couple of days ago. Do you think if I added some veggies and put it back on to simmer, then strained, and followed the same guidelines you show, that I could make bouillon with that? The roast did not have the bones in it, so I do not have that richness, but It is some really good savory broth nonetheless. Otherwise I thought of canning the broth to use for soups or gravies. What do you think?

I’ve wondered that myself, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Since we raise beef cattle & chickens, that’s all I’ve made
