Bradford is diverse, up the Leeds Rd is total Muslim etc community, there own life, own churches,etc, why Bradford though? They live and work here in a British city. only a few in Leeds, a couple miles further east.

@siennamiel-wb7nl - Yes, do that, but being born in England does not necessarily make a person "English" or "British," a term that has no meaning, by the way, Great Britain, Britain are separate from the notion, bring "British" was term established to "dissolve" national identity in the face of an influx of immigrants from all over the world seeking an identity. Ex PM Boris Johnson was born in New York but being of English Mother was regarded as English. Mayor Kahn is a second-generation Pakistani and still regards his heritage as such. He is NOT English as are the PM and some cabinet members!!! The only rule applying to all nations in real terms of being purely of that nation is that they are born to indigenous parents with a long, historic lineage to that nation. Moreover, being born in England does not even necessarily make one a TRUE Englishman or English woman, without a deep affinity to the history of England, the struggles and conquests, the wonderful heritage, culture and social norms, and even idiosyncratic ways, the term is shallow and meaningless!

Not so! I’m a Bradfordian. Born 64….. there was an area, Lumb Lane, full of prostitutes, drugs, violence in the 70’s to 90’s…. As the Muslim community grew in that area, they drove out the prostitutes, drugs and violence. Now a safe spot for sure. Many of the firs, second and third generation with Asian heritage have started a lot of businesses. Yes there are Muslim law breakers, just as there are Christian law breakers…

Haha explain Swindon. Swindon is predominantly Christian and so many crimes are there. Dagenham is mainly Christian and there is so many crime there. Redbridge has a large Muslim population and Crime is not that much.
