A side by side of both from several angles would have been cool! just put them down on the table next to each other and maybe a Primaris too, so you see how big the height difference in relation to a standard dude is. Apart from that, remarkably stellar job!

For cutting the leg armour in two, you could use a Panel Scriber, like a Tamiya 300074091 Plastic Scriber II. The conversion is great; especially the way that you use bits from kit rather than requiring a second model to finish it.

Wow, you gave me some great ideas for some Alpha Legion Obliterators... I want them to look like normal centurions (since my army is meant to look like normal marines and the models basically have the same stats and general size) but slightly different. I think your conversions and a few sneaky and "mostly" hidden mutations might do the trick. Thanks

Made some kitbashed cebturions myself the otther week. I gave them siege shields made from spare tank doors. I know they don't get any use from it buy its a cool astethic. I also gave them a thunder hammer as I'm really not keen on their drills they come with. Apatt from that I added a few templar helmets to fit the knightly look of the chapter and some robes made from cannabalised storm cast eternal peices

Step 1: Acquire time machine Step 2: Go back to when GW thought it was a good idea to start introducing loads of new products to a setting that's all about ancient history and technological stagnation in a bid to increase profits instead of focusing on properly utilising the franchise in other forms of media. Step 3: Find out who decided to do this. Step 4: Apply power fist to groin while shouting "Hire someone to oversee computer games and film rights properly, and stop retconning everything! We don't need to know the origin of all the species! We don't need the Eye of Terror to change! And for the love of Khorne, do NOT put power armour in larger power armour so that Space Marines can Space Marine while they Space Marine!" Nice tweaks though.
