Thank you for continuing to post after all these years. Hope all is treating you and your loved ones well and you enjoy the process of making these forms of content again. Your voice and message will always be appreciated by many and its beautiful that people still get to connect with you on your journey today as they did whenever they first found a video of yours... however long ago it might have been, and how different things may look now.

What a great reminder, and honestly; a perspective shift. Most people do seperate a spiritual practice from the daily chores etc... Once one sees the spiritual in all things, how washing dishes is needed to eat your next meal on a clean plate and all other things we do serves a purpose...
@Truewing7773 ай бұрын
The magic may not be in the fact that you are preparing the next meal.. So much as the energy you are putting in to clean the stains.. how much effort it takes, in figuring out how to remove something which seems indestructible.. I remember when Buddha finally gained a large enough following due to his abilities to go without food, he began to eat.. to teach those around him there is something deeper here than just going without food.. Life kinda seems like a never ending inception sometimes, but in my opinion it is far better that way than just a shallow black and white way of thinking.. possibly healthier too.

Spot on. Thank you for the beautiful message. When I am washing dishes I notice all the rainbows on the soap bubbles. It makes me really like to wash dishes.🌈💖🌟

I totally agree! I've had my deepest spiritual experiences while creating music which is my life propose. I also have a family and it's been busy, raising a new born has also been quite a divine experience. I don't believe meditation is better or more spiritual. Of course I recognize its value but I'd rather treat it as a tool and not as the only path. Same goes for yoga and other practices.

Thank you for the upload. It's been a struggle the last couple years for me mentally. I keep falling out of practice when it comes to meditation and every time I think that things are getting better. Something always knocks me back down square One. Try my best to make 2024 of the year. Everything gets straightened out.

Trying to catch the moments, but they all just keep slipping through my fingers. Trying to bear witness to the raw beholden power of nature within the ever-presence but time passes me by before I even realize it, and I keep falling into post-preconception.. Trying to think faster, find the space between each breath, see between the space between space, read between the lines, feel between what I've felt......All of time and reality breaks down infinitely and I can't keep up....I just keep rubber banding back to the self I am and I keep feeling, as result of rubber banding, that I am bound to the flesh prison, while my dream state self is boundless. I refuse to believe that spirits and dream state is just a reflection of the current physical experience. I lean multi-dimensionally here. But yet, despite the fact, I still ping back to the vicious cycle, grounding me from both my head in the clouds and the feeling of immersion from the presence of nature, breaking me from focus on what I both want and need......Reality feels like a trap, and I am always looking for an escape.
@Truewing7773 ай бұрын
I use to be heavy on escapism.. but I came to the understanding there is work to do.. and thus things such as right action.. yes at some point it may all inevitable pass away.. but that little bit of light we can place in someone else's life can make all the difference, sometimes the best way to help ourselves is to help someone else.
@ShizaruBloodrayne3 ай бұрын
@@Truewing777 I just want the work to serve me for once rather than being trapped in it, sacrificing myself for the sake of self sacrifice. Self sacrifice, when obligated...is evil...or I am evil for simply wanting to matter more than I do, wanting more freedom, to feel belonging, and to not feel trapped in a cycle. Society corners me to steamroll over my dreams. All I want is to get to the point of life already. Patience is one thing but I can't wait forever knowing I don't have forever to wait.
@ShizaruBloodrayne3 ай бұрын
@@Truewing777 everyone else is working for a future that will never come because they're too busy gaslighting the present and each other's presence. This is in demand of me. This is the work that demands of me. I am not a cog to the machine. The system was built to serve us, not us being bred to be fed into the meat grinder of society. Sometimes, free will has to be taken back through resistance. There has to be a loophole to this never ending loop if I can only just find it.

It's so difficult to do this with things and places and people I don't enjoy. Like being in a crowded noisy place when I prefer nature. Or reacting to things I see or hear emotionally even though I know it's useless. How do I maintain this peace when I feel so upset about noise and not being able to sit inside the quiet of the mind?

The experience of being an individual that is in relation to everything is an illusion. A distinction can be made between a table and a chair or a table and everything else but without that distinction there is just everything as a whole, or wholeness, which is already free from the need for anything to happen and so is complete, or perfect. There is just absolute freedom. The experience of being an individual can hide this and can be under the impression that it has to do something to bring about or know the freedom that already is. Nothing is being known and everything is already free from the need to be known. Regardless of what happens including the experience of being an individual there is already everything. Only in the experience of being an individual is there seeking or waiting for something else to be happening. A table for example, that is what is happening but there is absolutely no need for anybody to know that, for anybody to be aware of that, for that to mean anything, or to be put into a story or context of past and future. Whatever is happening is everything; a table is everything, a chair is everything, and whatever is perceived as being in relation to everything or exclusively happening has no effect on that there is everything or wholeness, just as a cloud never affects the sky, the sky is always the same and just as it is regardless of what is seemingly or apparently happening. Time is just an impression based on the perception of movement, there is no time going by there is just movement in timelessness. The individual can attribute freedom to its own doing or choice as in; seeking for freedom and found freedom, accepted or surrendered to freedom etc. which can be referred to as enlightenment, awakening, liberation etc. However the freedom is regardless of the experience of the individual and so it has nothing to do with the experience of being an individual, nothing can be done to bring the seeker closer to the freedom that is already, instead anything the seeker does is an avoidance of freedom because it doesn’t actually want it as it is the end of it leaving just everything, there is just the absolute which can be called anything but ultimately isn't being called anything and is just as it always already is; whole, complete, and free.

The now is nothingness. We are afraid to live in the now, afraid to be nothing. What we really are. We are nothing. Because the self is only a bundle of memories from experiences. The self is not a living reality. But put together by thought. The content of your consicousness consist of all your collected memories from experiences. This content is the self. Whithout this content you don"t exist. Neither your consicousness as you know it. Because your consicousness is the content. This content is not a real living being. But only dead memories from the dead past.

This then has u wondering what the point of "spirituality ". a meditating monk is outdone by a person simply experiencing the moment. spirituality is just an egoistic ideal that doesnt exist. Enlightenment isnt real. Trying to go beyond the reality infront of us that we experience is just an illusion. And deliberate gurus and teachers perpetuate this idea for some kind of egoistic superiority and in most cases monetary gain. They gain something from u being a follower. Just live ur life. Smell the flowers if u can. Do what u can and enjoy the moment as u can. Enjoy the experience because nothing else matters.

Hi welcome back. I missed your videos! I feel like this is extremely relevant to me right now and hearing this message coming from you (someone I have always looked up to) just confirms how important daily mindfulness is. Everyone has their own form of meditation and I am discovering mine is done throughout the day when doing random tasks rather than for a daily session that I sometimes don’t have enough time for. Rather than getting stressed out that I missed my daily mediation I have been going through my days with intention and focusing on breathing and overall mindfulness. I love that you posted this video at a time when I needed confirmation I’m doing the right thing, glad to see you doing well ❤
