Make it better! HySecurity Drive Rail/Ramps

#MakeItBetter HySecurity Slow Down Ramps should be designed better to work with their drive rail.

One of my gripes. DoorKing 1601 barrier gate operators. Ever try to change or adjust the belts? It takes every tool in 1/2in you have including crows foot sockets and still almost impossible to get too. Then remember that a black widow spider loves to nest in the stuff and you can’t see them until it’s to late!

The limit ramp supposed to go to the serrated area on the drive rail according to HySecurity instruction manual

Thanks for watching and commenting, Sorry, I don't understand what you are telling me. The 50VF 2/3 has two ramps on each end of the drive rail. One is the stop ramp and the other is the slow down ramp, both go on the bottom of the drive rail. One goes where it triggers the stop limit an the other goes where it triggers the slow down limits. I've shown this video to Hy-Security and they have not stated that I've installed it incorrectly; it would be surprising as I've installed dozens of 50FV 2/3's. Not that I can't learn, I've been wrong plenty of times. 🙄 But I don't see any way that they couldn't #MakeItBetter so it fits into the grove on the bottom of the channel as indicated in the video. The ramp doesn't go there

Thanks for watching. The stop ramp goes on the flat side of the drive rail, the slow-down (50VF's) ramps go in the groove. At least they are supposed to, unless you know something that neither HySecurity or I don't know. Love to see a picture of how you would mount the slow-down ramp to their drive rail, it wouldn't be the first time I've been mistaken or uninformed.
