Welcome to Stamping September! This month, we'll be using stamps to create our clean and simple cards. What a fun way to make collage paper! I have stamped over sketch paper that is similar to vellum that had been gelli printed previously! Is a good way to use those many backgrounds we make with our gelli plates ❤🎉

Gorgeous card and you used all my favorite type of images! And the gold feather was the perfect focal point! I made a collage print very similar to yours and used it to decoupage a terra cotta pot (painted the pot than added small sections of decoupage throughout). I still have extra stamped tissue paper, so I think I'll make a card now that you've reminded me of how much I liked the stamped tissue. Thank you so much! 🩷

This is wonderful and your cards are inspiring and impressive. I use vellum and/or the plane back layers of napkins for these projects. Works wonderfully. I make cards with it, and the perfect sentiment that goes with it is "Relax. Nothing Is Under Control." ;-) It means" I accept my present reality, the moment just as it is." The other tip I got from someone is to cut the master board to size from the back so you would not be too concerned about how it would look because it will look beautiful.

I got a new 4x6 stamp that I was trying out. Grabbed what I thought would be a good color but it was a thrift store pickup and something BAD had happened to is. I ended up with way to much ink and big spoltches of the ink spung. It ruin the stamp as I could't get the ink off no matter how I tried. I ended up throwing it away blus the block I had been using. These cards looked great, but seeing all those stamps at the beginning reminded me of that stamp. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing this process, I feel a little more confident at trying grunge after watching you. When using silicone and polymer stamps I sometimes have difficulty getting them off the sheet due to having arthritis in my fingers. Have you any tips on what I could do to make it easier to release them? 🌟

Thank you! I appreciate the encouragement. 👍 It can be hard to remove them the first time, but they get easier to remove over time. Sometimes, I put some versamark sticky ink on the back of my stamps before putting them back on their sheets. It stops them sticking too strongly. X

Thank you so much! ❤️ It's a type of medium that can be mixed with other wet media like paint to thin it or reduce gloss. It can also be used as a glue. As it dried matt, it doesn't leave glossy marks.
