✅ Ingredients
1 bag of Chapagetti
2 meat dumplings (72g)
80g onion (large size 1/6)
80g of cabbage
20g of green onion
1T of soy sauce
Oyster Sauce 0.5 T
0.5 T of sugar
Salt, pepper, oil, red pepper, egg, cucumber, red pepper powder
✅ Order
-Dice onions and cabbage into 1.5cm wide and 1.5cm long
Cut green onions into small pieces
- If there are cucumbers, slice them and put them on top (symbol)
Put the dumplings in the microwave with 2 spoons of water and return them for 1 minute
Dig the inside of the dumpling and cut the dumpling skin roughly
-Put Chapagetti noodles in boiling water and boil them for 4 minutes and 30 seconds
- While the noodles are boiling, put oil on the pan and stir-fry onions, cabbage, and green onions
(Salt seasoning)
-When the vegetables start to turn brown, put soy sauce around the edges and stir-fry a little bit
- Now add dumpling filling, oyster sauce, sugar, Chapagetti soups (not liquid) and pepper and red pepper, stir-fry and finish with 2oz (60ml, 1/3 cup) of noodles
-Fry eggs according to your taste (symbol)
- Put noodles in a bowl and mix it well with soy sauce, fried eggs, cucumbers, and red pepper powder
