Yeah i dont get it either. I grew up eating it all the time in lebanon. Although the brand we have isn't as fatty as the 1 in the US so it looks more appetizing. I put it in my bread w cucumbers. Sooo good. Oh and thats lebanese bread and lebanese cucumbers so pita bread and the small cucumbers u find at the middle eastern aisles
