Whaaaaaaaat!!!? This is soooo cool! I never thought you can make mascapone yourself and it’s actually easy! Why they sell it so expenisive? Thank you!!!🙏

Great recipe. I can make it fresh rather than buying it. I use it for cannoli once or twice a year and it is difficult to find. And homemade has no additices. I learned to make ricotta cheese this year too. I appreciate all the KZbin channels that help us make healthier food recipes.

Oh my! This is so…. I have no words…heavenly! It tastes so much better than the store bought variety. I should have made it a little more stable because I was using it to stabilize whipped cream for a trifle I was making, but when it was ready, I tasted it, and I wanted to eat it all up with a spoon. ❤ Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

Apparently in my county it's somehow cheaper to buy Mascarpone from the store than the ingredients to make the Mascarpone at home

Hi. Can I make this using all purpose cream instead? Would it still taste creamy or will it be grainy?

I'd love to try this! Can you tell me, how big is your cheesecloth? I need to buy one. I've never made cheese before! Thank you!

I would just buy some flour sack towels. They are a little thicker and work great for kitchen towels. In fact, I use them in the shower and bathtub. Walmart sells a stack of 6. Money well spent!
