My route is holding stocks. It take quite a bit of money up front. I buy shares in income fund, royalty trusts, and stocks with at least a10 percent return. Important: Don't panic! The prices always go up and down. You only make lose money on the stock when you sell. Until then you are being paid dividends that you can withdraw, or better yet, re-invest.

Cash-back rewards from credit cards CAN work, but you have to be absolutely disciplined in order to take advantage of it. I have an AMEX card that I use for EVERYTHING because I get airline miles on it. It's the first thing that gets paid off every two weeks when I get paid. I utilize Quicken to move money from Petty Cash into the AMEX staging account whenever I buy gas, groceries, clothes, pay rent, etc., so I'm still deducting that purchase from my checkbook. This method has allowed me to fly First Class round-trip for free or nearly free when I go to Florida once a year!

It’s always a great plan to have multiple plans in just about anything you shoot for. Dave Ramsey has some great strategies as well. We had a rental property for 7 years - first 3 was awesome last 4 hell :( we sold it as you need to know how to be a landlord and know both the rights of the renter and being a landlord.

rentals are defiantly NOT passive income. we moved out of state but are tenting our old place. always use a property manager they save you FAR more then they cost. were lucky and got a great long term renter but that's not always the case.

You can not make money off of You Tube,it is very hard ,unless you get really famous on You Tube or you can get at!east a certain amount of videos ,views,and subscribers.You have to have over 1000 subscribers and keep the subcribers and 6000 views on each video a year and keep that ,to be monitized.. That went into effect in February of this year.

What's the difference between rental income and real estate investing? I'm just not sure what the term real estate investing exactly means. I thought it was buying properties to rent or to flip.

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear about that. There are several ways to invest in real estate. The 2 you mentioned and also REITs. A real estate investment trust (or REIT) is a company that owns, operates or finances income-producing real estate. Basically you buy into a share in a group of real estate investments and everyone gains or looses $ as the market fluctuates.

On Instagram they are advertising earning money by being an Instacart shopper and driver. Have u done this?I’ve done Gigwalk but there aren’t that many tasks they have to do. Clickworking is interesting which is doing micr6asking but the pay is small. 😊
