At first glance, this appears to be a perpetual motion device; a machine that can keep running forever. Once the water drops below the level of the outlet tube in the fountain supply, the Heron fountain will stop.

how, write down the equation which satisfied heroes fountain upper limit so we got the actual cost of running this on dam good level near hydroelectric power dam and reuses the outflow of fountains so we have enough water even in dry whether for making electricity again and again
