I feel like a lot of cities try 2 hard and be gangster for no reason, but you can tell Chicago still has that 1990s energy. When I see LA for example, it feels like they are wanting LA to be bad but the energy is off! Also 2 the youth remember that murder rates isn't what makes a city gangster, because in Europe there's ghettos that look worse but have lower murder rates due 2 it being organised crime, not disorganized
