The younger generation never kept it going at least in the mainstream but the OGs opened up the path for em. They had a lot of known artist in the industry featured on their albums. This is really cool to see. Im from the country, so i don't know anything about growing up in a place like Flint. Ive learned a lot about what its like through one of my favorite metal bands KING 810 and their lead singers other project YAVID in which he's a rapper. With the light they have shined on flint through their music, it looks and sounds to be pretty difficult.
