I made this today but I never add all the powder that mentioned in this video. I only added chilli powder, garam masala powder and pepper. Also, I never buy the bread crumbs. I made myself, firstly I toast the bread and then blend the toast bread. Also, I never add capsicum but finally it comes out well. My family loved it. Thank you 😊

You are such an amazing chef and so immensely popular ❤.. and hence very influential as well. Have you thought of replacing maida in all recipes by healthier options. Rice flour slurry also makes it so crispy. Traditionally used for making snacks crispy. And this thing can be baked to get the same outcome. Would be so good to provide alternatives to the younger gen who come here to learn to start cooking.
