I'm going to Home Depot now! This is an awesome tutorial! I have a million ideas floating around in my head and I imagine some of the goodies at the hardware store are a little cheaper than similar jewelry findings. Thanks for sharing!😊❤

Hello. This is great, but I see a problem: the gaps in the smaller washers. Hair might get caught in there. Probably would. i did not see any step to close that small cut. Do you press the circle closed to close the gap? Soldering would be really difficult, and mess up the look. Could a drop of glue be put in the gap, and sanded down to be smooth?

The best way to close it is like you would a jump ring. if you can wiggle the cut ends to meet tightly the jewelry should be secure.
