Do you mean the "kernal"? Whats shown here in the video is the kernal of the seed with the shell removed, which is also commonly labeled on the packaging as "shelled".

@@AttunedFlux excuse my english is not perfect I was trying to say that I know the roasted salted seeds on the outside shell only… when my mother comes from mexico to visit me she always makes sure to bring me like a 2 or 3 kilograms of pumpkin seeds from people that roast em slowly on clay pots and they sprinkled some salt in the process so when you eat them you just developed a skill of eat one at the time and with your front teeth you open the shell and eat the kernel so I guess the salt outside is just to remove the moisture from the seed since they just came out of the real pumpkin it’s just another level of flavor and it’s real healthy for prostate health that any man should try it in the diet you can’t believe that something so delicious can prevent you from enlarged prostate ,cancer, erectil disfuction 👀😫😩and other unwanted symptoms,so next time you have a chance to go visit a flea market look for the hispanic area and look for the vendors selling mexican snacks and other candies and most of the time they might have those mesquite wood 🪵 roasted pumpkin seeds and you notice that the salt is on the shell the part that you don’t eat but ads flavor someway I’m sorry if I extended my comment I hope I explained my comment and I don’t feel ignorant for not using the right words after I suffered a stroke it’s more complicated to express my thoughts and my spanish is worse than my english but I still consider myself bilingual Y’all have a great weekend!!!
