I like your green bean casserole without using canned soup. I can’t use any canned soup because I am on a low sodium diet, so this recipe is really great. I will hopefully try this at Christmas. Thank you for the recipe.

Since she’s using chicken broth, try it with “cream of chicken & herbs”, or if you prefer the celery taste, “cream of chicken & celery”. There are sooo many options you could try, until you find that, “OMG!!”, one. 🙏🏻❤️

Skipping the home made french fried onions is perfect. I've tried them from scratch two thanksgivings in a row and both times a total fail. They really didn't do much for flavor anyway. This year I'm using the store bought one's too😉

I’m a little late here for the review but here we go. I made this casserole for Thanksgiving dinner and OMG! It’s approved by everyone in my house specially my 7yo! Always had cats and dogs when the kids were growing up and blessed with 13 grandchildren… favorite cookie story with a preschool helper putting Hershey kisses on peanut butter cookies… she was licking them so the stuck better… we kept that batch for the family only… it’s life people!!

OH my dear Sam. HOW can anyone complain about anything about your channel? Thing is, I don't see these negative comments. Focus on ALL the positive! Okay, that said.... Watching this I was thinking, but you hate mushrooms! This looks interesting. I've been eating so much lately I think I will take a break and not eat anything for a week or two. ;-) Well... This is my #1 favorite holiday side dish! It tickled me that you make homemade cream of mushroom soup, and then pick out the mushrooms because you don't like them. 😄 I like mushrooms just fine, but I prefer cream of chicken soup in the casserole. Mushroom soup is too bland.
