I have recently found you and I love love love your channel. I want your cook book, really badly. It isn’t available on Amazon. I am limited to getting outside my home so I have to depend on family to do my shopping outside what I can do online. I will check the bookstores. I’m 73 years old and wanting to learn to cook Asian food. My daughter adopted Asian children and I would like to cook some of their ethnic dishes. Do you sell your cookbook? This recipe looks and sounds so good. You make cooking look like so much fun. Thank you so much!

I believe she said the name of the fish is called Sambal. But then again sambal is the name of the sauce she made 🤷🏾♀️ I believe you could use this fish or find a similar cut of fish just like it.

@tashsaysmeow5 жыл бұрын
You can get some of them that are very mild usually the bigger it is the less spicy it is. If you can't handle any spice at all use a bit of red capsicum/bell pepper and it will give a similar flavour and look with out the spice :)
