My biggest issue with pompano rigs is when the loops/hooks tangle around the line. I find that the mortician rig tangles the most because the leader is so long

True, this does tend to happen. If we can come up with a way to connect the snood so it's more like a "T" knot, if that makes sense, then it might cut down on that happening. When I make my float rigs, I tie the drops so they "T" out from the mainline and hopefully don't tangle as easily. I'll have to give that some thought. Thanks for watching and for the comment!
